Experience

Mr. Reinstein received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Long Beach State University and his Masters degree from the Sacramento State University. He advises the California prison system and other clients on all aspects of regulatory compliance. Mr. Reinstein has experience working with complex white collar crimes and regulatory regimes, and his articles on white collar crime policy have been published in academic and scientific journals.
