Kathleen is committed to finding positive solutions when there is a transition within a relationship or a family. Particular situations call for specific legal approaches. She strives to attain achievable results for her clients using her wide range of legal experience. Friends and colleagues would agree that Kathleen is an assertive, collaborative, and loyal teammate. Kathleen has practiced in the area of family, matrimonial and child welfare law since 2011. Prior to that, she practiced civil and commercial litigation. In her younger years, Kathleen obtained her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Law School in 2008 where she received several academic awards, including the award for Best Overall Advocate at the Ontario Trial Lawyer’s Association moot. Kathleen sits on a number of legal committees in Hamilton and is the current Chair of Wesley Urban Ministries.
