About Raising the Bar Fitness Center
Raising the Bar Fitness Center is an ode to gyms of the past with today’s modern equipment. I have treadmills and ellipticals for cardio, weight machines, cable equipment, even a belt squat and a reverse hyperextension but my thousands of pounds in free weights is what sets my gym apart from today’s cookie cutter gyms. Anyone from the beginner to the elite athlete can get a great workout at my gym.
