About Spartan Basketball
By 2009, founder Tim Springer had already started to become an integral part of the San Antonio basketball community. During basic training for the Army National Guard, a vision of his own program with a development path that mirrored that of a soldier was built. Fast forward to 11 years later..... Spartan Basketball and Tim Springer have been one of the most influential programs in San Antonio. Developing numerous starters at all levels...countless All District & All State honors....over 50 players playing in college....and another 20+ at the pro level (NBA, WNBA, and Europe).
