About Lipscombe Appliance
Our customer service doesn't stop at the door. Located in the village of Mechanicsville, near the big windmill, Lipscombe Appliance & TV opened its doors to the Greater Richmond area in 1964. A little over three decades later, current owner Greg Koegler purchased the business. What's remained the same over the past 40-plus years and why Lipscombe is one of the few independent appliance dealers left in the area is the company's tireless commitment to its customers. We believe that treating the customer well after the sale is just as important as treating them well during the sale. At Lipscombe, our mission isn't simply to sell you a refrigerator or a washer and send you on your way. It’s also to make sure it’s the right appliance for you, and that you're happy with that appliance for as long as you own it. To help you make an informed buying decision, all of Lipscombe's salespeople are factory-trained. They know exactly how each product differs from the next. And not only will our expert sales staff help you pick out the right large or compact appliances for your space, but we’ll also work with your designer or contractor to help you plan your entire kitchen or house (contractor and package pricing available). Lipscombe also has experienced delivery people and installers on the payroll. We don't subcontract the work out. That means we stand behind our work.
