About Ballard Natural Gas Service
1993 was the year Ballard Natural Gas Service was born into the Seattle metro area. Conceived to take advantage of the expertise that Landis Kappen had garnered over his years at Washington Natural Gas. Thinking there was a better way Landis and his wife Kathleen started Ballard Natural Gas Service when Washington Natural Gas made a corporate decision to get out of servicing customer equipment and doing installation of HVAC equipment. They continued to operate their new business out of the family home for a number of years.
Ballard Natural Gas Service’s goal is to grow mostly through word of mouth and our clients referrals to their family, friends, co-workers and business associates. There is no more powerful compliment than that of a referral of our business to the people you care most about. We thank you in advance for that as well. And yes there are periodically problems that come up, it is our goal to remedy those situations to the satisfaction of the customer as quickly as possible.
